Inleiding
There are two batteries in the Lenovo ThinkPad T470S. We will show you how to replace both of them in this guide. The batteries need to be replaced if your computer isn’t holding a charge or only works when connected directly to power. This repair should be quick and easy as long as you have the batteries for replacement.
In Windows, battery 1 (00HW023) is the larger of the two and sits under the track pad. Battery 2 (01AV406) is the smaller one and sits by the hinge to the screen.

Is the rear battery, battery 1 or 2? It's my battery 2 that won't charge any more. But maybe I should just change them both. Do you sell both of them or just the one?
I am facing the same issue. What have u done for this... Which battery u changed the external one or internal?
