This guide will help you replace the battery in an HP Pavilion x360 14m-dh0000 series laptop.

With the laptop on its back, remove the rubber feet at the side closest to the screen hinges. The feet closer to the front of the laptop do not need to be removed. A sharp blade or similar tool, used in between the feet and laptop case during removal, may help keep the rubber feet adhesive from separating from the rubber feet themselves.

Under the rubber feet, remove the two M2.5 screws.

Starting from the front edge of the case and working your way around the sides, use an opening tool to remove the bottom plate of the laptop case. With the screws removed, it is only held in place with plastic clips which will release with a small amount of opening pressure.

Once the bottom plate of the case is free of the plastic retaining clips, put it aside.

Remove the 5 screws at the highlighted locations in the guide image.

Once the screws have been removed, pull the battery free.

Carefully push the new battery into place, making sure the power connector at the top is firmly seated.

Reinstall the 5 screws again in the highlighted locations to secure the new battery.

Once the new battery is installed, place the case bottom plate flatly on the rest of the laptop.

Press down around the edges of the bottom plate to secure the plastic retaining clips again. Once you no longer hear any clicking when pressing down around the edges of the bottom plate, the retaining clips are secured.

Reinstall the two M2.5 screws in their holes towards the rear of the laptop case, and then reapply the rubber feet.

Once the battery has been replaced, be sure to fully charge the new one before regular use. Charging the battery to full, and then an additional 4 hours is recommended.
To fully calibrate the battery after replacement, it may need to be fully charged, then fully discharged and fully charged again before time-left readings will be accurate.
