• Locate the release mechanisms for the battery that are located near the ends of the battery

• Slide the release lock on the top right hand side of the laptop to expose the orange on the left hand side of the tab.

Stap 3
• Once the right battery release is unlocked, do the same for the release lock on the left side.
• Once both are unlocked, gently push the battery out of the device. It should be completely separated from the device.
