My June 2015 build car has severe dimming issues with its ice blue ambient light strips.I'm looking for advice on DIY repair or replacement. Bonus points if there's a way to swap out all the ice blue LED bulbs on the headliner and in all four door panels at the same time.

Looking at a description of the Interior Lamps Dimming operation in the service manual for the vehicle, I wonder if there's a problem with the instrument panel dimmer switch (I think this is it, but not sure as I don't know the vehicle).
Do the lights alter at all when moving the dimmer switch?
