How to reinstall os without install disc
I can I reinstall OS on Asus laptop, without a install disc, I
want to change language.

Since you have an Asus, I'll assume you're running windows. Why do you need to reinstall the OS if Windows provides instructions on how to change the display language?

Many thanks for your response David,
The reason I am asking is because Firstly I am a Apple Mac man so know very little about PC's I also live in France. The story so far,... a elderly French lady who lives nearby bought a new PC a couple of weeks ago which had Windows 7 home premium installed but it did not come with a install disc.
She asked me if I could help her with setting it up, and rather foolishly I said yes. I, not thinking,.. started off with changing the languages to English thinking this would make it easy for me, not speaking French at all well to get it set-up, which I did but have since discovered it is not possible to switch it back to French which is why I wanted to make a completely new install, hence my question.
