@prajktakho52091 you are not telling us if your camera still takes pictures and if so, come out okay once you see them on your computer. What your image shows looks very suspicious, like a bad LCD. Use the Sony DSC S700service manual and start with the disassembly beginning on page 6. Replacement displays are readily available at many online stores.
While you work on your camera, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same issues with their camera. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
