@okelloabalah you will need to let us know what you fuel consumption is right now. Remember that 55km-60km of normal commuting per liter is already pretty good and supposed to be normal. To get it to 70km on 1 litre fuel you will need more than carburetor adjustments. You will need perfect driving conditions. That excludes city driving and stop and go traffic etc. You will need to have perfect tires,possibly a fairing and have the engine 100% tuned up and many other things.
The first thing you always want to do is to check how it is burning it's fuel. Pull the park plug and see what the face looks like. It will tell you exactly how your engine is burning the fuel. Now, if you do want to make any carburetor adjustments, we will need to know what model your carburetor is. It should be stamped into the body of the carburetor.
