@sherbaazdh82703 your horn and your speedometer are not connected. Your speedometer uses a cable that connects to the front wheel and the other side to the speedometer. You will most likely have to replace that to repair your speedometer.
As for your horn, connect a jumper cable from the battey to the horn and see if it works like that. If so, it is not your horn that has failed but possibly the switch or a bad fuse.
