It doesn't pop out the sound

Hi!

This can be caused by a myriad of reasons. Until further, I will assume you are on a Win10 or Win11 system.

Please respond with further details, as did this happen suddenly, does the device show any signs of life, etc.?

Here comes a list of initial troubleshooting steps:

• First, restart your device
• Then check that your audio is not muted, and that you are using the correct source as output
  • In the Sound Control Panel, make sure that your sound card is not disabled
• If you cannot see the this device in the sound panel, go into Device Manager, open the Sound, video and game controllers tab, and see if you can find your audio device there.
  • If you cannot find your audio device, reseat the sound card by unplugging it and then plugging it back in
  • If you have a yellow warning by your soundcard, respond with what error code it says when you right click and then open properties
• Make sure you have all the latest windows version, as well as a graphics and processor version and BIOS/UEFI version
