@mohammedouardad It does sound like either you have sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism, or there are worn parts within the lens extension gears. Individual parts for those lenses are virtually non-existent. That means you can try and clean any trapped sand or debris from between the camera segments. Use a shopvac etc. and place the suction hose over the lens. Turn your shop vac on and then the camera. Hopefully your shop vac seals around the lens well enough to clear any dirt and debris from the lens, ad will help the lens to extend..

It is also possible that the lens barrel guides are of track due to the camera having been dropped while the lens was extended. Place the camera on its back pointing straight up to the ceiling. Now, press and hold the shutter button down and press the power on button. On some cameras this will cause the camera to try and autofocus and the lens will extend which sometimes can reseat the guide pins.

If none of this works, you may just have to consider replacing the lens assembly. For that use the Casio EX S770 Sm Disassembly of your camera starts on page 21. Replacement lens assemblies might be hard to find due to the age of the camera. Check places like Ebay or Alibaba etc. for a replacement. If not, you can also purchase a used camera that may be broken other than the lens, and use that to harvest the lens for your camera from.
