When I power on the laptop it writes boot device not found

@amisialan that is usually an indication of a failed hard drive, failed SSD, or a corrupt OS. Turn on or restart the computer, and when the HP logo appears, press f10 to enter Computer Setup. Once you access the BIOS check if your computer even recognizes a HDD/SSD. If it does, then change the boot order to a USB port and use a bootable USB drive to access your computer and possibly your HDD/SSD.
You can try and reinstall the OS if the BIOS recognizes the HDD/SSD or, if the BIOS does not recognize a HDD/SSD, replace it with a new drive and OS.. Use the HP ProBook X360 11 G3 Education Edition Maintenance And Service Guide to work on your computer.
