Have you tired using different connection options e.g. HDMI, Bluetooth, Digital Optical cable, analogue cable connection to see if the problem only occurs on one connection type and not the others or on all of them?
Have you tired using different signal sources e.g. TV, stereo sound system etc to prove whether the problem is with the soundbar or the signal source?

I tried a different digital optical cable .
The other options works fine e.g. Bluetooth AV
USB, it doesn't have an HDMI port on my soundbar.

please confirm the model number of your soundbar?
Asking because according to the user manual for the soundbar that you selected in your question, it has an HDMI port and no USB port.
Can you try the digital optical output from another device?
Given that the other inputs work OK it may be that the problem is with the signal source using that connection type and not the soundbar.
You may be chasing a problem in the soundbar that isn't there if it is a problem with the signal source.
