Hi, @baileyheath I gotchu.
Try one or more of the following methods:
1) Unplug the power cable from your PS5. Wait for a couple of minutes before plugging it back in.
2) Replace the Power Supply

To add: It's most of the time related to the power supply. Would replace that first and see how it goes. Guide: PlayStation 5 Slim Voeding vervangen
