My tv is a toshiba smart tv or rather alexa tv but is having issues

when i came to attempt to set up me alexa toshiba tv with the xbox one it failed to send the code and it went through each set of codes and not one of them sent the volume up code successfully

any suggestions on what to do and how to resolve the issue

This issue sound more related to the TV then the Xbox. Is that correct? If not, can you sent us a screenshot regarding what the TV is asking or the Xbox?

@dan0 when i come to set the tv up i will share an image or clip of what is going on

@dan0 it seems to be resolved and yet it was not doing that before it was not even showing any volume change at all when i tried setting up the tv

Alright, glad that it looks fine now. It does sound more software related then hardware. Is everything up to date? The Xbox and TV, both of them?
