Yeah I was afraid it might be.
Haven't got and can't find the tech sheet for that model (part # w11448643) which would show how to get into the diagnostics mode to test the functions and it also has a wiring diagram which may help if the diagnostics show that everything is OK.
Three options to try:
a. Remove the back cover from the control panel and check if the tech sheet is lodged inside the control panel. Here's a video that in general shows how to open the control panel in an Amana top loader.
b. Here's a video that shows how to run the diagnostics in Amana top loaders.
c. Here's the tech sheet for a NTW4519JW0 model. Getting into the diagnostics (see p.2) seems to use the same procedure for all 3 models so using this sheet may be easier than following the video.
If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list for your model, that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown for the part. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
If you search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky, there'll be videos that show how to remove/replace the part.

What is the full model number of the washer.
Asking because there are 3 models i.e. NTW4519JW0, NTW4519JW1 & NTW4519JW3 and they're not all wired the same or have exactly all the same parts (if a replacement part is required).
