What is wrong with my washer? It starts the cycle. Acts like it is goin

It starts the cycle. Acts like it is going to wash. Rotates and spins and then just goes to the end of the cycle and says the clothes have been washed but it never adds water or actually washes them and the cycle only lasts about 6 mins. I’ve tried every setting. Tried resetting it. No luck

Was it working perfectly fine before, or with quirks?

Has it been damaged recently, in any conceivable way?

Please confirm the full model number of the washer?

Reason for asking is there are 4 models variants beginning with WTW4816FW i.e. WTW4816FW0, WTW4816FW1, WTW4816FW2 & WTW4816FW3

WTW4816FW3 is slightly different to the other 3 models which may be important if replacement parts are required.
