@josephleon21082 not sure if you are looking for this relay because you know your Explorer has one or because you have issues with your blower fan speed. The 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac's blower fan speed is actually controlled by a blower motor resistor. That is located near the blower motor itself. Check this video for location and how to replace it.
Now if you are looking for the relay, it is in the power distribution panel (fuse box ;-) under the hood, on the driver's side power distribution panel (fuse box ;-)
