Hi!
Does this happen immediately? If yes, then you might want to check the MOSFET on the motherboard.
Usually this is a motherboard issue. The downside is, is that you do need soldering experience and tools to get it fixed if it's the MOSFET that is faulty.
What you also can try, is a new power brick/PSU to see if that fixes it! Otherwise return it if this is not the fix.
