Denon PMA-757 Relay is not turning on

Hello,

I have a Denon PMA 757 and its power relay is not turning on. Therefore there is no power. All fuses are OK. My observations; 1) R301 is overheating 2) Transistors around R301 seems to be fine 3) All my measurements around R301 and transistors show +/- 50 V and this does not match some of the values indicated on Service Manual,

I would highly appreciate if someone can help me.
