My water dispenser water pressure from cold side is very slow .
The water pressure or speed from the other side (hot ) is good but from cold side takes alot of time .

Check the water line filter, you may need to replace it. If you run the hot water side does the pressure drop off? If it does that's a strong sign of a blocked filter.

No pressure from hot water side is normal its just from cold water side
@shahamamjad - So the hot is the problem then as you stated the reverse in your question. If the hot side has weak pressure then the lines have calcified from the hard water you have.
You can try forcing a decalcifier down the line. But you likely need to mechanically unblock the lines or just replace them and maybe the tank as well.

@shahamamjad we really need to know what the exact model for you water dispenser is.
Since you have problems with the COLD water, check your water filter. It will less likely be the issue since the filter works for both (hot and cold water) but you always want to check that. I would take a look at the COLD water valve that might cause a restriction. You also want to check the COLD water supply to make sure there is no kinked or blocked hose.
