Note:this was not fake,I just had to change the text a bit cuz I made this post before
I lost my power adapter so I ordered a new one (just the bottom half),Then I plugged it in and my Xbox just turned the light on and sound for half a second and then turned off,What can I do to fix it?(I just wanna play ori and the blind forest)

Hi!
So did this also happened with the old power supply? If not, perhaps the new one is faulty and need to be replaced/returned.
Could also be the front panel causing this, but if it didn't happened before, I would get a new PSU.

So one time,when I was cleaning, my Xbox fell,the side panel popped off and I only a minute or so after realized it popped back on,then the next time I used it to watch a show,I heard something moving,I’m gonna assume it was a screw getting loose and hitting the fan,and that I THINK was the last time I used it before I got the new cable,and it’s too late to return that cable btw, and no,it didn’t happen with my old cable
Okay, so long it was still fine when using the old PSU, I don't think it's the front panel but the PSU. Would replace this one first and see how that goes. If the exact same issue is happening, return the new bought PSU and get a refund. Then you do need to replace the front panel with ribbon cable.
