My Whirlpool front-loading washer W10175588C is not spinning up to full speed during spin cycle. It does spin, and the rest of the cycles seem to work fine, it just never spins up fast and the clothes come up sopping wet. At first this behaviour was intermittent, but it's at a point where it never spins up anymore. The size of load makes no difference. It would do the same thing empty.

Here's the tech sheet for the washer (I think), that may help to isolate what the problem is.
Go to p.3 to view how to perform the Diagnostic test and see if it displays any F06, F07, F21 or F27, F28 error codes.
If any F codes are being displayed, go to p.13→p.18 to view what to check for a particular code.
