My AC controllers are working fine and can feel warm air coming through the vents but not cold as you want them to be.
Can anyone please help me on how to go about to get my AC fixed?

The servo motors, should be your problem. The arms are too fragile.
First you must know if the cold air is not coming out from all the exits.
Only for the driver and the passenger at his side. Or for the all passengers included at the back seat.
At left side of the driver you have have the controllers to switch the destinations and the directions of the AC.
If you change and didn't find any solution.
You should check the servers.
You should remove the panels under the driver position, as you can see is this videos
