I used my headphones for 3 years, and the leather broke on the right side. Now the sponge is coming out and they're uncomfortable to wear. Do specialist know how to replace this piece of leather?

"Now the sponge is coming out and they're uncomfortable to wear" sounds like you are referring to the ear pads. You can actually change those yourself. They just snap in. All you have to do is to align the snaps on the ear pads before pressing the new ones on. Just check something like this video
While you work on your headphones, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
