only the fan powers on but no light or disk spin

my GameCube all of a sudden started acting weird, when powered on, only the fan turn's on and nothing else, no light, no disk spin, nothing at all, even the reset button does nothing.

Could be multiple things. First of all, I would replace the power board and see if that fixes it or not.
