My Casio digital camera battery cover part is broken. Can I buy just that part? I live in Korea. The model is EX-z700. This is a meaningful item that my mother bought before I was born. If anyone knows where I can buy this part, please contact me.

You may be out of luck.
Here's the service manual for the camera.
In the parts list on p.29 (p.31 of 38 pdf) Item #39 it shows the part number for a silver battery cover - 10229103 and also a grey battery cover -10250668. Depends on whether the camera is silver or grey as I can't quite distinguish the colour from the image you posted.
Unfortunately searching online for either part number produced no results.
Depending on the cost (plus shipping), you may wish to consider purchasing a used camera and use it as a donor to restore your camera.
The service manual linked above shows how to safely disassemble the camera so that you can remove the battery cover from the donor camera and install it into your camera.
