How to fix my horn in avantie 1996 (the fuse is not dammeged )

Remove the horn and clean its electronic parts well with salt injector spray, and if your horn model has mechanical parts, grease it with grease or lithium soap-based oil, then install it. If the problem is not solved, it is possible that some electronic parts are damaged. Test and replace if possible

@asemwaleedm3799 please do not use any salt spray on the electronics. Don't use anything on it since you will not get to the internal horn parts. Check your wiring. Connect the horn briefly direct to your battery. Negative (-) will be on the horn housing and positive (+) on the contact where the wire connects. If your horn now makes a sound you know the horn is okay.

Since the error is intermittent, it could be the horn relay. Your Avante appears to be sold as teh Elantra over here. In that case the relay should be in the power distribution box under the hood in front of the battery. The horn relay is the 3rd relay back on the right side of the box if standing in front of the bumper right in the middle of the box. It is offset in line of the other relays and has a smaller relay behind it. Replace that relay and see if your horn now works.

If it still has the same issue, then the problem could be your horn switch. That will be the more difficult part since you will have to remove the airbag etc. Let us know and see your exact Hyundai model.
