The question mark means the computer can't find a bootable folder. Boot with your OS disk and run disk repair until it shows no error and then try to boot normally again. If you still have a problem you may have to format and reinstall your OS. If unable to format your drive may be dead. Ralph

It would help with problem solving if you would give more information about your computer. What model is it--what OS are you using and so on. Look on the bootom or under the battery for this info. Thanks. Ralph
I can't find the disk. Am I able to get one somewhere ?
Try this company. Ralph

Heres the URL for parts replacement for your computer. Ralph
Hi, I assume that your issue has been resolved, if not then this is what to do. Turn off your computer and wait 15 seconds then hold down the OPTIONS key, while holding it down press the power button. After it start you will see a big LOCK symbol with a blank bar, this is where you type in your password and press enter. After that you will see another window that will show you your options as to what disk you want to boot from. Choose your hard drive (if it shows), if it does not show then that drive is DEAD and you need to replace it. In the meantime use this procedure to start your machine and continue on with the installation (if desired).
