@njp that camera is also known as Sony a7III (ILCE-7M3) For that camera looks like the Sony part number for the LCD is A-2203-126-B You mentioned circuit board but are not telling us which board. There are more then one on this camera.
We added the SM, which includes the part numbers etc., to the Document section of this page Sony a7III (Alpha7III)
