Why does engine oil run out so quickly in a direct injection engine

I'm guessing this is an artifact of translation, but it's not clear what is going on with your car. When you say the oil "runs out", do you mean it is leaking onto the ground, or that the engine is using up oil quickly so you have to keep adding it regularly? If that's the case, how often are you adding oil, and how much are you adding?

Are there any other symptoms such as loss of power or smoke?

Also, exactly what year and model/submodel is your Elantra?
