My Xbox does not turn on, nor does the power supply turn white on plug

I recently traded my friend a 360 for a broken 2013 Xbox one. It does not turn on. After using multiple different power supplies, it doesn't show any signs of life. The fan doesnt move when i plug the console in, and there is no light on the console, nor beep from the internal speaker. The power supply is suppsed to go from orange to white when plugged in, however, it stays orange. Is there anything else i can test, or did i trade for a console beyond repair? Is there a way to check what is wrong with the power delivery? Any answers are greatly appriceated.
