My display is damaged and I want to replace it. Can I use this display offered by ifixit (iPad Pro 11" (2018, 2020) Screen)?
I'm not sure, since ifixit doesn't offer a display for the 2nd generation.

Sadly, no, you cannot. Apple makes slight changes with each model in order to prevent the reuse of usable parts from previous models, forcing you to buy new devices instead.

Iām from Germany and can not order from the American store.

That's a pretty good question, and I'm not quite sure I have an answer. I don't actually see it in the German store or the American one, which is a bit strange. Perhaps a staff member might have more information?
