broken iPod screen fell off

okay to start i have droped my ipod down the stairs the screen fell off and the backplate is messed up.Is it possibl to fix this type of damage if soo how much would it be?Please please please help me.

The top part where the camera is fell off of mine. Does anyone know how to fix it? The screen doesn't work or anything!

You can do the repair yourself. The guide is available right here. Just familiarize yourself with it and do take your time. Follow the steps and be organized. The display assembly can be purchased from here When you talk about the backplate, and you should refer to the back of the iPod, that will be a bit trickier. Here is the teardown, it is not a guide, but will show you what you are up against if you want to replace it. If you are not sure if you want to do this by yourself, do a search with Google and see what the rate is for such a repair. Going rate seems to be around $90 for the repair. You can buy a special kit online that will help you replace. Then look on YouTube for the guide to replace

Replace the display and the bottom case. You may want to replace the battery, too. It is easier to assemble an iPod touch than perfectly disassemble and reassemble one. So on your old iPod, simply cut the battery and button control cables. Put new ones into the new case first, then put the logic board into it and solder the cables
