iPhone 4, Touch Screen doesn't work, charges slow?

So I just bought an iPhone 4 off of a friend. He gave it a colorswap with a mirror so it looks awesome but he said somewhere down the line he had to replace the LCD connector to it. Here is a full run down of what happens.

Press the Home Button; screen turns on, unable to slide

Volume Down Button - Nothing

Volume Up Button - Nothing

Ringer Switch - Works

Power Button - screen turns on, unable to slide

And when I plug it into my computer the battery doesn't get a lightning bolt on it, but the power slowly increases.
