Black screen only after front panel replaced
Once front panel replaced, screen is black....I can hear messages coming through and vibrate is working

I think I've narrowed it down to wrong equipment.....the model #'s are the same as the 4S, not the iPhone 4

If you have checked all your connections and it still doesn't work then you may have trapped the LCD flex cable and bent it whilst installing the front panel, this would result in a black screen. You would need to buy a new one.

Any luck on this? i'm having the same problem.... already double checked all connections.
