Laser doesn't come on

Hello! I'm trying to repair and old PS2 slim SCPH-70011. It had problems with the lid sensors, I managed to fix it. Then the laser trail goes to the center and the lenses move up and down, but the laser doesn't turn on. I replaced the lenses and still have the same problem.

PS.: I did remove the solder blob from the new lenses.
