Dishwasher cycle times change almost daily

According to the wiring diagram : "In all cycles except Rinse Only and Quick Wash the main wash and final rinse may be lengthened when needed to reach optimal wash temperatures" so I think it is possible that the Normal cycle run time may vary due to the temperature of the hot water supply to the dishwasher at the time that the dishwasher is in use.

According to the installation manual for the dishwasher, the hot water supply temperature should be at least 120°F (49°C).

For example, if the hot water in the hot water service had been being used elsewhere, just prior to the dishwasher being turned on or even when it is in use, then the temperature of the water in the hot water service storage tank (if this is what you have) may not be at the required temperature (it may be still warming up the replacement water in the tank) and therefore the dishwasher's heater will take longer to warm the water in the dishwasher to the required temperature of 140°F +/-5°F for a Normal wash. In a Normal and Quick wash the heater is turned on multiple times during a complete cycle to ensure the correct temperature.

Perhaps you could check the temperature of the hot water supply at various times and occasions when the dishwasher is running (kitchen hot water tap perhaps?) and if it is OK then perhaps it is a faulty thermistor (water temp sensor). Looking at the wiring diagram the thermistor seems to be incorporated with the turbidity sensor. It's not listed as a separate part in the parts list for the model.

You could always run the Service test as described in the wiring diagram linked above and check if there are any error codes being displayed e.g test #6 thermistor - error code th. Just a thought.
