Freezer and refrigerator are Too cold

My refrigerator and freezer are too cold. I adjusted the thermostat and it was better for a while. It is getting too cold again. Should I replace the thermostst? Kenmore Model: 10657762791

May as well try it given the cost of an equivalent thermostat

I can't find the tech sheet for the refrigerator, (Whirlpool part # LIT2186924), but here's a link to a supplier that has a video that shows how to replace the thermostat.

Search online for WP2198202 to find other suppliers that may suit you better.
