install new hard drive
i bought a new hard drive and put it in my Acer Aspire One aod150 laptop but the thing i didnt get is how do i install it and get my laptop working agen pls help !!

You need to install the windows operating system booting from an external CD rom drive.
Acer should sell these CD's online on their website.
You should be able to find external CD Rom drives for less than $30 almost anywhere.
