A few minutes into the call, callers can't hear me

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G:

A few minutes into the call, the caller can't hear me. This happens on bluetooth headphones, using built in microphone and using speaker phone.

I tried manual troubleshooting using *#0*# and was able to hear my recorded speach.

I also restrated the phone, but the issue was repeating. It happens on T-Mobile.
