Sound but no picture on Samsung TV (UE48H6400)
The tv picture suddenly cut out whilst viewing but the sound is still fine and you can hear the remote noise if you press buttons. I’ve had a look through common problems but haven’t had any luck.
I can’t see any image if I hold up a light to the screen.
The backlights do turn on if I disconnect the main board. They also turn on if I disconnect the t-con board. The backlights turn off if I reconnect the t-con ribbon cable.
This seemed to suggest the t-con board was at fault and so I replaced it but the tv remains the same. Any ideas on what the issue could be or any troubleshooting I could do to narrow it down?

Here is a picture. Replaced the tcon board but issue is persisting. Hoped maybe replacement board was dodgy so got another to check, still not working. Nothing I can see visually as an obvious error. Any ideas?

Replaced the main board. Still not fixed. Kinda stumped . Think it might be a bin job.
- The backlights still turn on when tcon board is disconnected from main board.
- The Backlights still turn on when main board disconnected from power.
- Laptop recognises hdmi as Samsung when power connected to tv. Can play audio and here clicking on remote if old main board connected. New mother board can’t get sound (maybe as in a setup screen which I can’t navigate with tv blank). Any last chance ideas?
