@anton32812 since you already changed the T-con board and the main board, there are only a few possibilities left. One of those is the power board. It may supply the voltages for your backlight etc. but not supply the voltages needed by the main board. I suggest you check the voltage on the T-con board. Where the cable from the main board connects to the T-con board, you should see a fuse. Measure the voltage on that one. Set your meter to 30VDC and Red probe to fuse and Black probe to ground. You should have 12V on that. After that, measure the power on the connector where the main board connects to the power board. Make sure that you have all the voltages on that one.

Philips uses a different way with their service manuals. They use chassis numbers for their manuals. Your TV is a TPM20.1E LA chassis. We would need to see the boards to assist you with the voltages etc. Post some good pictures of those with your QUESTION.
