Washer stops after trying to move through cycle with no error codes

The washer sounds like it’s trying to move forward but does not. I’ve tried running rinse and spin only cycles but it does not move forward and after several minutes the door unlocks and stops the cycle. In speaking with Samsung they were of little help. I tried turning off the switch to power the machine in the electric panel and thought it had worked but it only moved forward a bit more and then stopped again. No obstructions in the drain or drain pump and I can move the drum manually. Any help is appreciated!
