@loukman you did not tell us what you touched at the time you got shocked. The output of the charger is low voltage and you should not feel anything. If you did get shocked to the point that you felt it, you had some higher voltages. I suggest a new charger/charge cable and a new daughter board. Then re-evaluate. When you have your phone apart, don't forget to check your motherboard for any damaged locking components and change the battery as well. If you have anything on your motherboard that looks damaged, post some pictures of it with your Question. That way we can see what you see.

I opened the device, I'm not a repairman, but I didn't notice anything burnt, but I didn't notice anything. I put my tongue on the two poles of the battery, and I didn't feel a current.
@loukman i would proceed with the original plan. You may need a voltmeter to test your phone but do get a new battery for sure
