White antenna cable removal and installation?

I've looked all over the internet for a solution, but no success, so I hope somebody here can help me out on this one.

So I have some iPhone 2G's that I'm currently fixing up and I noticed that one of them has a faulty white connector cable. I have a bad iPhone that has a good cable, But I can't get it out. I thought I would come here before I broke it and would have to pay to get another.

So my question is, is there any way to remove the white antenna connector cable from the board? Again, I've tried looking all over the web, but no luck.
