How to turn it on?...it shut down and I can't turn on.

Hi Emahus, welcome to the forum. Most likely your battery charge is too low to keep your device running, so if you haven't yet I would start by charging it. When plugging the charger, if you can't see any light turning on and no battery icon is shown on the screen, make sure that the cable and charger are connected properly and in good working condition, also inspect the charging port for any debris, then delicately remove it with the aid of a toothpick and/or dust blower. If you still can't see any sign of life, try with another compatible cable/charger or different wall outlet, plug it again and wait a few minutes.
