Help Solving - SAMSUNG QN70Q6DTAFXZA, BOOT LOOP

Please help me solve this mystery! I feel like it could even be a firmware update issue but no way to see a screen yet to navigate to the update menu.

I have replaced everything you can find on Ebay, someone said its the panel but the led obviously are working. I think its these driver boards which I did find you can get replacements (maybe)... Here is a video of the issue:

@firepaint it's your panel. The LCD driver boards are not replaceable simply by the way they are attached to the panel. You can check the components on those boards and see if you find a faulty one. Check the caps for short-to-ground etc. Since there are no schematics, it's a bit of a chore.

Mad thanks, its what Ive heard before, so there is no way to replace the driver boards... Looks like I'm getting multi-meter (it was inevitable the way I'm headed with this hobby), any recommendations for a cheap decent one to do this job?

@firepaint the problem with the driver boards is the way they are mounted. Those ribbon cables have a very fine pitch and are bonded through a special process. It would be extremely difficult for a DIY’r to mimic that process. The distance from contact to contact is so minute and you can't afford to make a mistake. I am sure eventually we’ll come up with a process. If at least schematics would be available but again nope, Fluke meters are for live but even harbor freight will work :-) For now purchase what you can afford and get used to it first.

Strikes and gutters man, still a chance Ill find something wrong on the driver boards once I get the multi-meter, Ill keep you posted if I get lucky!
