If your Samsung Galaxy A5 is not charging after you replaced the battery, there may be a problem with the battery, the charging port, or another component of the phone. Here are some possible causes and solutions for this issue:

  1. The battery is defective or not properly installed. If the battery you installed is defective or was not installed properly, it may not be able to charge properly. To fix this issue, try removing the battery and checking for any visible damage or loose connections. If the battery is damaged or not properly installed, try replacing it with a new, high-quality battery.
  2. The charging port is damaged or dirty. If the charging port on your Galaxy A5 is damaged or dirty, it may not be able to charge the phone properly. To fix this issue, try cleaning the charging port with a soft, dry cloth to remove any debris or dust. If the charging port is damaged, try replacing it with a new charging port.
  3. The charging cable or adapter is faulty. If the charging cable or adapter you are using to charge the Galaxy A5 is faulty, it may not be able to provide sufficient power to the phone. To fix this issue, try using a different charging cable or adapter to charge the phone. If the phone charges properly with the new cable or adapter, then the original cable or adapter was likely the cause of the issue.

Overall, if your Galaxy A5 is not charging after you replaced the battery, there may be a problem with the battery, charging port, or charging cable or adapter. Try the solutions above to troubleshoot the issue and get your phone charging properly again.

Mayur Hotkar use an USB Ammeter and connect it between your charger and your phone. See how many amps are being "pulled" when trying to charge it. It'll give you a quick indication if it is your battery or the charging port.
