I have a Samsung s9 plus it stuck on the Samsung logo and showed the error of efs mount failed in recovery mode. I also installed the efs file but the problem is not getting resolved.

Try downloading the firmware for your phone and flashing it with Odin. Make sure you get the file for your country and network the phone is locked to. Or the file for sim free if it’s unlocked.
