TV won't turn on and the power LED blinks twice

It's a Samsung UE65TU6905.

PSU is OK, mainPCB seems responive. When disconneting flatcables from mainPCB to panel, Backlight stays on. When disconnecting 1/4 of the panel (flatcable between drivercards on the panel) backlight stays on. Sound is on. No picture.

Rob Schoovaerts we are getting a bit ahead of ourselves. Keep it all connected or reconnect. After that, only disconnect the main board from the power board. What do you get?
